So this 21 year old weirdo Matthew Clemmens purposefully puked on an off duty cop and his 11 year old daughter. He apparently did this because his friend had gotten kicked out of the game. There is nothing in the world that would warrant Ralph Sampsoning on a child. I'm sorry. That's worse than murder. And it's not like he was throwing up and purposefully directed it at them.
